We offer a no-obligation consultation meeting before you make any decisions. This
involves a simple discussion of your business and how Autopromotor can be of benefit to it.

This will include:

  • Investigate if you need specially-written software to allow easy updates.
  • Discuss budget and time-scale.
  • Demonstration of our existing website and database solution.
  • Check availability of ‘.co.uk’, ‘.com’ and other domain names relevant to your business.

The design process

A creative design service is offered by our in-house designers using the latest techniques and software, which includes:
  • Create logos and graphics using the latest software - animating them where appropriate.
  • Scan-in existing artwork/photographs.
  • Write original copy if required.
  • Layout web pages in an intuitive fashion.
  • Create response forms to suit your needs.

Going live

Once the website design and functionality has been agreed our trained staff will get to work. When the product is complete we will:
  • Test and gain approval of the websites design and functionality.
  • Set up in house training for you and your staff, for full use of the software.
  • Set up hosting and publishing of your website to make it available to internet users around the world.

On-going support

Total support is all part of the package from Autopromotor. No hidden surprises or
charges here! We will:
  • Train new members of your staff as they arrive, including photographic training.
  • Regularly submit your site to the most popular search engines.
  • Disaster recovery - because Autopromotor is a web based system, if your computers crash you can be happy in the knowledge that all your data is safe. You can log-on from any PC and carry on as before.
